Cost to enter $100 per entry
Deadline July 1st
The Late fee is $150

All entries are limited to members of the Greater Montgomery Home Builders Association and/or the Montgomery Area Association of Realtors

All New Home Entries are limited to GMHBA builder members

Entries can consist of New Homes and Existing (Resale) Homes

Payment Due Upon Entry

No Foreclosures or OREO Properties Allowed

No Modular Homes

All entries must be made online

Entries should include a reduced cost and or extra incentives to make house more appealing for duration of online event

Participants should include all times if any they will have the house available for show.

If a home is sold prior to the event, the home can be switched for another home at no additional cost.
